Baby Steps is the twelfth episode in Season 3 of Good Luck Charlie, and the sixty-eighth episode overall.
Episode Summary[]
PJ announces that he's moving into an apartment on the college campus with Emmett. Amy thinks that PJ has grown too fast, and she isn't ready for such a big change. Amy pretends to be a window inspector and trashes their apartment. Since PJ hates it when Emmett is a slob, Amy is positive that PJ will blame the mess on Emmett.
Teddy tries to get along with Spencer's mom by going to a tea restaurant. But everything goes wrong when Spencer's mom gets her tongue stuck on an ice sculpture.
Bob is nervous about carrying Toby up or even down the stairs because of him dropping Charlie so Gabe helps him by using different items until Bob finally carries Toby downstairs without dropping him.

Bob stars in a commercial for the "Baby-Chute", which is a parachute for babies, in case you drop your baby. He also introduces the "Senior-Chute", and a special parachute for telephones, which is included in the combo.

- PJ's fear of clowns is mentioned (Sun Show).
- The scene of Bob dropping Toby is similar to the scene where he dropped Charlie. When he dropped Charlie, both Teddy and Spencer were yelling, "NO!", while Gabe was oblivious, eating a sandwich. This time PJ and Gabe were yelling, "NO!" while Charlie was oblivious, eating a sandwich. Both times Bob slipped on a rubber duck.
