Plot[]
Gabe finds out that PJ has been living in their treehouse. Meanwhile, Teddy tries helping Ivy and her parents as Ivy's going to be moving away as she got accepted into an out-of-state college. Amy and Bob arrange a playdate with one of Charlie's friends.
Full Summary[]
At the breakfast table, Charlie remarks how the pancakes that Amy made actually taste good. The rest of the family were skeptical, but they agree that the pancakes taste good. Amy asks to talk to PJ in the living room, and she pays him for making the pancakes.
Charlie has a new friend in preschool named Taylor who is actually an adopted daughter of a lesbian couple.
Teddy says a heartfelt goodbye to Ivy as she goes to another college but the two hope to stay in touch.
