Karl is known as the "neighborhood jerk" as he scares two-year-olds. He first appeared in "Scary Had a Little Lamb" when he scared Charlie, making Teddy angry. He appears again in "It's a Charlie Duncan Thanksgiving", when he wants one of the 10 electrical items, while Teddy and Ivy want it as much as him. Not only that, but he calls them "the losers", even after they pranked him. In the end credits, Karl comes out crying because someone stepped on him. Teddy asks if it is worth it just for that item. Charlie comes out and says "yes". He is portrayed by Pretty Little Liars actor Brendan Robinson.
