Murray has a long rivalry with Bob Duncan. He has won the Bug Convention 3 years in a row. In Termite Queen and L.A.R.P. in the Park, Bob Duncan beat him in the pest control association.

Murray seems to have an eco way of getting rid of bugs because all or at least most of his methods include oranges ("Termite Queen").

They are enemies in which Murray says: "Try to top that, Duncan!" during the bug convention (Termite Queen). Bob turned out to do better than Murray in 2011. He also won in L.A.R.P. in the Park. Bob showed off and said: "IN YOUR FACE, Murray. I'm a winner!". Murray has won all other bug conventions.
