Nicole is the girl Spencer dates in Teddy Rebounds. Teddy seems to think this girl is made up, so she responds by saying "Well, I'm dating Austin". In the end, Spencer is at an ice cream shop and Nicole is seen with him. Nicole is seen in the background waving at Teddy when Spencer points to her when he talks to Austin and Teddy. She wasn't seen after that episode. They broke up after Spencer tried to get Teddy back.
